Session Types

Individual Sessions

One-on-one therapy, available face-to-face in Broadmeadows and Mickleham or via telehealth anywhere in Australia. All sessions are evidence-based and tailored to you.

Fees Weekday session — $190 | Weekend session — $195 (50 minutes per session)

Medicare Rebate If you hold a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you're eligible for a Medicare rebate of $93.35 per session — bringing your weekday out-of-pocket cost to approximately $96.65.

Before you book: please ensure you have a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP if you'd like to claim Medicare. If you'd prefer to book privately, no referral is needed.

Payments: all payments are taken prior to your appointment. An invoice is emailed to you after your session.

NDIS

We welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Psychology is typically funded under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living.

Fee: $232.99 per consultation

Please note: we are not a registered NDIS provider and are unable to bill NDIA-managed participants directly. Get in touch if you're unsure which management type applies to you and we'll help point you in the right direction.

Group Programs

Our evidence-based group therapy sessions bring people with shared experiences together in a structured, supportive setting. Programs run over a full day or across several weeks depending on the content, and are held face-to-face in community halls and centres or via Zoom.

Medicare Group Rebate Medicare currently covers 6–10 group sessions per year at a rebate of $22.55 per session with a valid Mental Health Care Plan.

Fees: contact us for pricing — programs are tailored to community needs and priced accordingly.

Payments: all payments are taken prior to each group session. An invoice is emailed once payment is confirmed.
